In the paper there are presented investigations of a flap disc types made from abrasive fabric
and selected parameters of grinding operation: in-feed ap and number of dual passes ip on surface
roughness described by parameter Ra and gravimetric capacity Qw of grinding operation of S275 N
constructional steel. It was confirmed, that a lower surface roughness, described by arithmetic
mean of profile ordinates Ra, and a higher gravimetric capacity of grinding Qw were obtained
during grinding with flap disc from FA abrasive fabric with grain size of 180.
